May 20, 2024: Williston, VT — Pre-Tech Precision Machining announces a significant expansion of our machining capabilities with the purchase of two additional 5-axis MX330 Matsuura machines. This investment is the result of a highly successful research and development collaboration, where we played a pivotal role in our client’s development of a new product. As a result of our contributions, we were awarded the entire production project, necessitating an expansion of our facility and equipment to accommodate increased demand.
The addition of two additional MX330 Matsuura machines further enhances our capacity to deliver precision machined parts and components to our clients. These state-of-the-art machines offer unparalleled versatility and efficiency, allowing us to tackle even the most complex machining tasks.
In addition to expanding our machining capabilities, we have also invested in upgrading our facility to better serve our customers. The entire 35,000 square foot facility has been outfitted with climate control systems, ensuring optimal working conditions for our team and an ideal environment for maintaining precision and quality in our machining processes.
We have also upgraded our inspection capabilities by adding a second Wenzel LH65 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to our inspection room. This cutting-edge equipment automates the inspection process, significantly increasing throughput and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery of our finished products.
