Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in the use of measuring tools and the ability to read blueprints. Must have the ability to perform a wide variety of final inspection duties. Inspects parts to established inspection procedures. Be thoroughly familiar with, and operate a variety of inspection equipment including micrometers, optical comparators, verniers, gages, CMM, vision systems, and digital height gages. Checks parts against prints; completes inspection reports. Maintains accurate records and other data as required. Must have a solid knowledge of quality systems and GD&T. . We need team members on both 1st and 2nd shifts in our Williston, VT and Mineville, NY locations.
SKILLS
- Ability to use various measurement and inspection devices.
- Able to use SPC theories, functions and blueprint readings.
- Able to fill out company inspection and production documents.
- Able to determine when parts meet specifications.
- Able to use a microscope.
- Must be very detail oriented.
