QC Inspector to conduct mechanical inspection of machined parts.
Core Duties
- Performs duties of Mechanical Quality Inspector as required.
- Performs receiving, first piece, in-process, and final inspection of parts using measuring equipment such as: micrometers, verniers and calipers.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Works independently with limited supervision.
- Use of shop math, mechanical inspection instruments, and blueprints.
Experience & Competency
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Prior Mechanical quality inspector desired.
- Shop math experience.
- Mechanical inspection instruments.
- GD&T and blueprints desired.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Other related duties as directed.
- Will train the right individual.
- US Citizenship is required.
